🐾 How does your pricing work?

We charge by the hour based on your groomer’s experience and your dog’s size, coat condition, and behavior:

• Basic Groomer – $60/hour

• Intermediate Groomer – $70/hour

• Advanced Groomer – $80/hour
  We believe in fair, transparent pricing so you're only paying for the time and care your dog needs.

🐾 Do you groom all breeds and sizes?

Yes! We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, and coat types. Whether your pup needs a quick tidy or a full transformation, we’re happy to help.

🐾 Do you take puppies or senior dogs?

Absolutely. We’re experienced with puppies who are just starting their grooming journey, as well as senior dogs who may need a gentler approach. We adjust our pace and methods to make it a positive experience for all ages.

🐾 What if my dog is nervous or reactive?

That’s exactly why we do one-on-one grooming! Many dogs who don’t do well in traditional salons thrive with our calm, kennel-free environment. Please let us know any behavioral concerns ahead of time so we can tailor their appointment to suit them best. we also have two private grooming rooms in the building!

🐾 How long does grooming take?

Grooming time depends on your dog’s size, coat condition, and temperament. Most appointments take between 1.5–3 hours. We’ll give you an estimated time when you drop off your pup.

🐾 Will my dog be kenneled before or after their groom?

No kennels here! Your dog stays with their groomer the entire time. After the groom, they’ll relax in a safe, cozy area while they wait to be picked up — no stressful crate time.

🐾 What products do you use?

We use only high-quality, pet-safe products tailored to each dog’s coat and skin needs. If your pup has allergies or sensitivities, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate. we also have a variety of specialty products!

🐾 Do you offer add-ons like teeth brushing or deshedding?

Yes! We offer a variety of add-on services including nail filing, deshedding treatments, Clay Masks and more but not teeth brushing. If you have questions about oral health we can point you in the right direction . You can request these at booking or during drop-off.

🐾 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that life happens! Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice so we can fill your spot. Frequent no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings
